I reported the problem via phone to Kayla, the professional and congenial overnight Front Desk person, shortly after checking out. For me, this begs the question, if the basin is being washed between guests, shouldn't the person cleaning the bathroom notice this problem and report it to the Maintenance team? Apparently there is a lack of communication within the departments that would have prevented this disgusting experience for the guests. The drain of the bathroom sink did not function very well. Not sure if this is a fair complaint as I did not report the problem until after checking out. Melissa volunteered to keep our luggage as she checked with Kim in Housekeeping to determine if any rooms were available that suited our requested needs for check-in. We had arrived early rooms were not immediately ready. Upon arrival Melissa at the front desk was very pleasant and professional.

I chose this location because it was a Hilton and it was located near primarily the airport as well as other locations to dine and shop.
